Helping Hands collection day for November is Sunday, November 16. Please note that collection day is always the third Sunday of each month. Parkview is one of its regular contributors. Along with food items, paper products and personal hygiene items, cash donations are also accepted. The pantry especially needs personal items such as shampoo, toothpaste, and tooth brushes. Please note, Helping Hands cannot give out items with expired dates. Donation envelopes are available in the pews (make checks payable to Helping Hands). Please give generously! The Helping Hands food Pantry is located at 7356 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg. The pantry is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 11:30 am to serve clients and accept donations.
A client must live in the Reynoldsburg School District to be eligible for help. Thank you for your generous giving.
ANGEL FOOD MINISTRIES forms are available online or from The Grace Apostolic Church located on Lancaster Avenue north of Main Street. Quality food can be obtained for $30.00. Order forms will be available in the narthex when possible. If you know of someone that could use some good food at a really affordable price let them know of this mission effort. You can contact Ted Habak at 575-1393 if you need help.
Mission activities in October included: 1. Peacemaking Offering with close to $300. given by the congregation. 2. Crop Walk with 18 Parkview members participating. 3. Luther Haus donations. 4. Support for Reynoldsburg Helping Hands.
